King Charles - accompanied by Queen Camilla - will at St George's Chapel, Windsor. The couple are expected to be joined by other family members such as Princess Anne and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
reported earlier this week that William had spoke to his father about their family's plans and were given his blessing to miss the service.
A source also told the publication: "They are choosing to spend time together as a family before the children go back to school".
The young royals last attended the Easter service - which is deemed a staple in the royal diary - in 2023.
Making his debut at the private family event, Louis - who will celebrate his seventh birthday on Wednesday - was pictured holding hands with his mum on the short walk to church.
The family-of-five didn't make an appearance at last year's service after revealing the Princess of Wales's cancer diagnosis just weeks earlier.
George, Charlotte and Louis - who have all attended Lambrook School in Berkshire since 2022 - will be heading back to school on April 24, having broken up for the Easter holidays on March 28.
George and Charlotte made their debut at the Easter Sunday service together in 2022.
Prince William last made a public appearance with George at their Champions League quarter-final matches against Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month. Princess Kate last appeared in public to mark the St Patrick's Day parade with the Irish Guards on March 17.
