Primark has issued an urgent product recall for two baby products sold by the retailer, warning parents to "stop using them immediately". The fashion chain is urging customers to return the 2pk Soother Clip - Baby Bear (Kimball no. 69489) and 2pk Soother Clip - Balloon (Kimball no. 80010). These products, used to secure dummies to clothing or prams, don't meet the requirements of British standard testing.

Anyone who bought the dummy clips should return them to any Primark store for a full refund; a receipt is not necessary.
