A brutal pub brawl in a town centre has left a man unconscious and bleeding profusely, prompting an urgent investigation.

The assault occurred last month on April 6 in Bolton, , with emergency services arriving at the scene at around 3.10am following reports of an assault.

A man was knocked unconscious and left bleeding on the floor after the attack. The victim, who was attacked by another male, has since faced additional health problems due to the severity of his injuries.

Authorities are now calling on the public to help them track down the man alleged to have carried out the . Police are also launching a CCTV appeal, seeking a man and two women for questioning related to the incident.

Greater Manchester Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to step forward as they continue their probe into the violent assault, the reports.

A spokesperson for the force stated: "Officers in Bolton are investigating reports of an assault in the town centre last month. At approximately 3.10am on Sunday 6 April, a male was assaulted in a pub by another male.

"The victim was left unconscious, bleeding heavily, and has since suffered further health issues from the encounter."

"Officers investigating the incident have now released images of a man and two women they would like to speak to, as it is believed that they could help with their enquiries."
