    PCB made a formal complaint
    After the match, PCB issued an official statement stating that they have lodged a formal complaint with the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) against the behavior of the Indian team. PCB's official press release said, 'Team manager Naved Cheema has lodged a strong protest against the behavior of the Indian players of not shaking hands. This was considered against the spirit of the game and unconstitutional. In protest against this, we did not send our captain (Salman Agha) to the post-match ceremony.'

According to Cricbuzz report, PCB has threatened that if their demand to remove Andy Pycroft is not accepted, then their team may boycott their next match against UAE on 17 September.
