Emmerdale spoiler 'lets slip' who uncovers Nate's murder

One villager could be about to unravel the tragic truth about on according to new spoilers.

The character seemingly left for Shetland in September, only for fans to find out in February he'd actually been murdered. His body was wrapped in sheeting and dumped in a stream, somehow making its way to the lake.

Thursday night aired flashbacks to Nate's tragic final moments and we finally learned John killed him by accident. We now know John has been behind some sinister crimes in the village, and appears to have some sort of saviour complex.

In some cases he's harming people to then bring them back to life and be the hero. With Nate this went wrong when he gave him an injection and it killed Nate before he could reverse the effects.

It wasn't specified what was in the syringe and whether it was an overdose or a reaction to the substance, but Nate took a turn before dying. So far no one has detected John's killer crime or anything he has done, with him even framing Ella Forster for his actions against Chas Dingle.

On Friday night we saw villagers reacting to the news that Tracy Robinson, Nate's ex, had been stealing money from Eric Pollard. They were sympathetic though, as Nate's family learned he had not been in touch for months and had not paid any child support.

Tracy was unable to afford bills and things for their daughter Frankie and so turned to stealing out of desperation. When Nate's dad Cain Dingle and his aunt Chas found out, they were stunned to learn Nate had seemingly abandoned Tracy and his own daughter.

Of course they have no idea Nate is dead with his body yet to be found. Cain shared his confusion over his missing son cutting his daughter out of his life, and not supporting Tracy or sending any money for her.

Chas then fumed about her AWOL nephew to his killer of all people, saying once she got in contact with him she'd be giving him a piece of her mind. Poor Nate has done nothing wrong though as he's been killed, but is someone about to learn the horrifying truth?

A spoiler for next week's episodes have teased the moment someone finally does something about Nate being missing. Tracy is advised by Kerry Wyatt to take control of the situation and not let Nate get away with seemingly abandoning Frankie.

With Tracy urged to track down Nate and to find him, will she do this and will she realise he never made it to Shetland? If she does, will she and Nate's family end up tracing his last known movements and could it lead to them quizzing John given he was the last person to see him?

Surely if Tracy realises Nate is not in Shetland and has been missing all this time she will get the police involved too. Could this lead to his body being found in the lake?
