In celebration of Mother’s Day, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel played host to an inspiring and energizing wellness workshop, “The Revitalized Mom – 10x Your Energy” led by acclaimed maternal fitness educator and TEDx speaker Sucheta Pal. The exclusive session brought together an inspiring gathering of mothers, including members of The Panache Community—a thriving network of women entrepreneurs—who came together for a morning of movement, mindfulness and embracing holistic well-being.
The 60-minute session offered a refreshing approach to self-care, blending movement, breathwork, posture alignment, vagus nerve activation, and lifestyle optimization techniques. Designed for women navigating the physical and emotional demands of motherhood, the workshop equipped participants with actionable tools to boost their energy without needing hours in the gym.
Following the session, attendees enjoyed a thoughtfully curated healthy breakfast by Sheraton’s culinary team, creating the perfect environment for reflection, community bonding, and celebration. The energy in the room was palpable as participants connected over shared experiences and a renewed sense of empowerment.
Sucheta Pal, the driving force behind the workshop, is a globally celebrated fitness coach and a leading advocate for maternal wellness. With over 15 years of international experience across 15 countries, she is best known for bringing Zumba® to India and for creating Mom.Bod.Strong—India’s first doctor-recommended, science-backed postpartum fitness program. In 2018, she was honored with the prestigious ‘First Lady’ award by the Hon’ble President of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan for her outstanding contribution to women’s wellness.
Through this initiative, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel continues to reinforce its commitment to curating meaningful wellness experiences that inspire, uplift, and empower the community it serves.
