Coconut oil is being used for our diet and daily activities since ancient times, coconut oil is beneficial for hair, skin and health, but one problem that is troubling people is adulteration in coconut oil, with increasing demand, many sellers are adding paraffin, seed oil and other chemicals in it, which can harm your health, let's know how you can identify it-

Freeze Test
Method: Pour coconut oil into a glass and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Result: If it solidifies completely and uniformly, it is likely pure. If it remains partially liquid or separates, it may be adulterated.
Water check
Method: Add one teaspoon of frozen coconut oil in a glass of cold water and leave it for 30 minutes.
Result: If the oil dissolves or mixes with the water, it may be fake. Pure coconut oil should float separately.
Heating Test
Method: Heat one teaspoon coconut oil in a pan on medium flame.
Results: If it bubbles a lot or smells burnt, it may have other oils or chemicals mixed in. Pure coconut oil heats cleanly without producing much smoke.
