If you are taking advantage of PM Kisan Yojana (PM Kisan Yojana 2025), then this information is important for you. The 20th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is going to come into the account of farmers soon. Before the government transfers the amount, you must confirm that your name is on the beneficiary list (PM Kisan Beneficiary List) and you have updated eKYC. If you have not done this important work, then Rs 2000 will not come into your account.
When will the next installment of PM Kisan Yojana come?
Under this scheme, the government gives financial assistance to farmers thrice every year – between April-July, August-November, and December-March. The last i.e. 19th installment was released on 24 February 2025. In such a situation, it is believed that the 20th installment can come into the account of farmers in any week of June. However, no official date has been announced by the government yet.
What is PM Kisan Yojana?
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government assists ₹ 6000 to eligible farmers every year. This amount is transferred directly to their bank account in three installments. Its purpose is to give some relief to the farmers in the expenses of farming. But this help is given only to those farmers whose information is complete and correct.
Check your name in the list like this.
If you want to see whether your name is on the beneficiary list or not, then you have to go to the PM Kisan website pmkisan.gov.in. There, by clicking on 'Beneficiary List', fill in the information of your state, district, block, and village. After this, by clicking on 'Get Report', the list will open, in which you can see your name.
If eKYC is not updated, payment may stop.
If you have not done eKYC yet, then your next installment may stop. It is necessary to get eKYC done for every farmer registered in PM Kisan Yojana. For this, you can also complete the process through online OTP or go to the nearest CSC center and get biometric KYC done. For online, just go to the website, select the eKYC option, enter your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number, and submit after getting OTP.
Why can the installment of Kisan Yojana be stopped?
Many times the installment of farmers gets stopped because their bank account information is incomplete or incorrect. Such as if the IFSC code is wrong, the account is closed, the Aadhaar is not linked to the bank, or applying more than once. Apart from this, if a member pays income tax, then he is not considered eligible for the Parivar Yojana. In some cases, important details are missed in the form, due to which the installment does not come.
It is necessary to give bank details and an Aadhar card.
The entire money received under this scheme comes directly to the bank account of the farmers. For this, the farmer must give his bank account and Aadhar card information. If you have not given this information, then you will not get any benefit. Therefore it is better to check your details in time.
